There is certain information that is not available through the QuickBooks API, such as:
Last reconciliation status for bank and credit card accounts
Pending bank feed transactions
To fetch this information, Xenett Pulse uses a browser extension.
The extension helps Xenett Pulse pull additional reconciliation and banking-related data directly from QuickBooks and display it inside the diagnostic report.
Important Things To Remember
Before generating the diagnostic report:
Install the Xenett Pulse Browser Extension
Make sure you are logged into the correct QuickBooks company file
This is very important because the extension identifies the currently logged-in QuickBooks file and pulls data from that specific client.
Does The Extension Modify QuickBooks Data?
No.
The extension is read-only and does not create, edit, or delete any data inside QuickBooks.
